In the current educational environment, many teachers and other school staff members struggle to find the time or initiative to utilize the school library. This is especially true when librarians are split between multiple buildings and wear so many professional hats. However, there are many ways to pull staff members into the library as well as bring the library services to them! We will discuss several specific strategies to ensure that your school library is a place valued by all stakeholders in your school, and will also collaborate to initiate a plan for you to implement in your building.
