Personalized Learning in 9-12 Mathematics through the use of online curriculum

Each student learns at their own pace in their own way. How do you personalize a learning schedule, create high levels of engagement, have students take ownership of their learning in Mathematics AND keep content standards and have the student be CCR ready? The School District of Kettle Moraine has in multiple high school settings through the integration of an ALEKS as an online curriculum. Competency-based curriculum, inter-disciplinary learning, and more will explored during this session. Scale-able models / methodologies will be shared out from all four Kettle Moraine High Schools. My hope is give every participant at least one idea that will impact their Mathematics classroom.
